​​By hosting a pARTy at Dots and Doodles you agree to all the terms listed below:​​​​​​​

• Payment

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the party in the calendar. The remaining balance of the pARTy is due at the conclusion of the event. 

• Guests

  • Maximum capacity of birthday room is 18 art-making guests - NO exceptions

  • Guests ages 5 and over: we prefer adults drop off

  • Guests ages 4 and younger: ONE adult per child may stay - we have seats set up on the perimeter of the birthday room

  • If adults stay they are expected to be seated and quiet so the birthday guests have the best experience possible

• Weather, Date Changes, or Cancellation

  • Changing Time or Date

    • Hosts may change the date or time - up to 2 weeks prior to the date of the party.  Parties may be moved to open availability at the discretion of the studio.  With less than 2 weeks notice, a $75 fee will be incurred to change the date or the time.  With less than 5 days notice a $100 fee will be incurred to change the date or time of the party. 

  • Inclement Weather

    • In case of inclement weather - the studio will be in contact with the host of the party 5 days prior to the event.  A decision to reschedule the party will be made no fewer than 24 hours prior to the date.  It is at the discretion of both the host and the studio to reschedule the party.

  • Cancellation

    • Hosts may cancel an event at any time.  The deposit will not be refunded.

• Behavior

  • The studio reserves the right to expel any student from a pARTy for exhibiting behavior that may cause harm to him/herself, other artists/students, or staff. Guests expelled will not be permitted to return, nor will the host receive a refund. Such behaviors include, but are not limited to, hitting, kicking, biting, sexual harassment, and/or possessing weapons or illegal substances. In the event of a minor student, a parent or guardian will be contacted to pick up the guest immediately if any such behavior occurs.

• Late Pick Up

  • The studio expects each minor pARTy guest to be picked up within 15 minutes of the scheduled end of the party. Following this time period, Dots and Doodles reserves the right to charge a fee of $25 per child, for each 15 minute period during which the guests are not picked up.

• Limitation of Liability

  • NEITHER SCHOOL, ITS TEACHERS, SUPPLIERS, PRESENTERS OR OTHER ASSOCIATES, SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU, YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN, OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOSS, COST, DAMAGE OR OTHER INJURY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ENROLLMENT IN DOTS AND DOODLES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE SCHOOL BE LIABLE TO YOU, YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR SIMILAR DAMAGES OR COSTS.

• Additional Limitation of Liability for Covid-1​9

  •  Dots and Doodles Art Studio Wexford has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however Dots and Doodles Art Studio Wexford cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending an event at Dots and Doodles Art Studio Wexford could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19. By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending an event at Dots and Doodles Wexford and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at Dots and Doodles Art Studio Wexford may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, employees, and program participants and their families. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection with my attendance at Dots and Doodles Art Studio Wexford. On my behalf, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Dots and Doodles Art Studio Wexford LLC, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Dots and Doodles Art Studio Wexford, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any Studio program.

• Changes to Terms

  • This Agreement may be updated by the studio from time to time, and may be amended to incorporate additional terms. All such updates and changes are effective immediately upon notice thereof, which we may give by any means, including, but not limited to, posting a revised version of this Agreement or other notice on Dots and Doodles premises. We expressly reserve the right to make any changes to this Agreement at any time without prior notice to you.
